Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://esp32iphoneagent.lol (the "Service"), the hosted studio for the ESP32 iPhone Agent project.

1. The service

The Service provides a hosted web interface that coordinates an agent which controls a device you own through a USB HID bridge and AirPlay screen mirroring. The open-source project remains available separately under the MIT license; these terms cover only the hosted Service and your account.

2. Your responsibilities

You may only automate devices and accounts that you own or are expressly allowed to operate, and you must respect the terms of the apps involved. You are responsible for the actions you ask the agent to perform and for keeping the emergency stop within reach while a run is active.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, to infringe the rights of others, to bypass security or payment systems, or to operate devices you do not control. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other users at risk.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
