This policy explains what data the Service collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account data from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile picture), billing data handled by our payment processor Stripe (we never store full card numbers), and usage data about your runs, such as task goals, step counts and timings.

2. Screen frames and logs

During a run, screenshots from your phone and the resulting log and step wall are stored so you can review the session. They are kept for the retention window of your plan and can be removed earlier by clearing your history.

3. How we use data

To operate the Service, route your runs, compute billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your screenshots to train models.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of providers: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting for the Service and its database. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Session history follows your plan (7, 30 or 90 days). Billing records are kept as long as required by tax law. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will handle the request within the time required by applicable law.
