Refund Policy

We want the plans to be worth it. Here is how refunds work.
1. First purchase
If the Service is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full - no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us before the renewal period is used. Once a renewal month is substantially used, we may refund only the unused portion at our discretion.
3. How to request
Email support@esp32iphoneagent.lol from the address you signed up with, or use the billing portal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. Exceptions
We cannot refund amounts that were charged back or are under dispute, and repeated refund requests from the same user may be declined.
