Billing questions
What counts as an agent run?
One task from "Start" to "Finished" - for example setting an alarm or drawing in Whiteboard - counts as one run, no matter how many taps it takes. Idle time on the live panel does not count.
Do I need my own model API key?
Not on Maker or Studio - model routing is included. Pro and above can also bring their own OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including a model running on your own machine.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are billed through Stripe and can be switched or cancelled at any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is the open-source project still free?
Yes. The firmware, server and web UI stay MIT-licensed on GitHub. The Studio is a hosted convenience: queueing, model routing and history without running the server yourself.
Do runs include the hardware?
No - the plans cover the hosted Studio and its compute. You bring the iPhone and the $7 ESP32-S3 board (about $7 from Seeed, or ¥40-50 on Taobao).
